Our story began in early 2007, when a group of young and passionate executives from the Telecom and IT industries came together with a shared vision: to simplify and make contact center solutions accessible for businesses of all sizes. Recognizing the challenges companies faced in implementing seamless communication tools, we set out to create solutions that were not only efficient but also easy to adopt and scale.
In 2009, we pioneered the Cloud Contact Center industry by implementing and managing one of the first solutions of its kind—a Cloud Contact Center with hundreds of agents seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. Yes, all the way back in 2009! From those early beginnings, we envisioned growing and making a larger impact. Today, that vision is a reality. We are proud to be a thriving organization with a team of over 200 talented professionals, serving customers across several countries.
Our journey has been fueled by a commitment to excellence, a dedication to our clients, and an unwavering belief in the power of connection. As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain focused on delivering solutions that empower businesses, foster meaningful customer experiences, and drive customer success.

The icon in our logo is formed by two "L" letters representing Latitude, seamlessly connected to symbolize communication between two parties. This connection creates a "communication bubble," which is visible in the white space of the logo. We are all about a good communication!
